What's a run?

A run is one successful analysis of a page or step. A review can use multiple runs across its personas and steps. Included runs reset monthly, including on annually billed plans.

How does extra usage work?

After your included monthly runs are used, prepaid balance covers eligible extra usage at $0.15 per run. Prepaid balance expires one year after purchase. Reviews can continue while sufficient included runs or prepaid balance remain.

Can teams start on Solo or Pro?

Yes. Approved beta teams can start on Solo or Pro without a sales call. Team is for larger seat counts, higher review volume, or rollout support.
