What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect the details you submit: name, work email, company, role, team size, primary interest, and use case. We may also store basic form metadata such as the page path and form version. We do not collect passwords or payment information through the waitlist.

How Flock works with your data

Flock uses automated browser agents and model-assisted analysis to execute sessions against URLs you provide. No real customer data, session recordings, or PII from your actual end users are required for run processing.

  • Run analysis is automated by agents, not human reviewers, unless you explicitly request support.
  • Browser session state is discarded after processing.
  • Generated artifacts can include reports, screenshots, DOM excerpts, page text, console output, network signals, traces, prompts, and findings.
  • Generated artifacts are retained in your workspace for review, baseline comparison, and replay for up to two years by default, unless deleted sooner or as agreed in your beta agreement. We will give notice before changing this default.
  • You can request deletion of waitlist submissions or private-beta account artifacts (including run artifacts) by emailing support@flocksynthetics.com. We process deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer retention period is legally required.
  • Run inputs and generated context may be processed by infrastructure providers and model providers solely to operate the requested review.
  • We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Reports are accessible only to your account.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing site may use analytics and tag management tools to measure traffic and site usage to understand aggregate traffic patterns. No personal data is collected through our website analytics.

Security

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We use industry-standard access controls and keep run artifacts scoped to your workspace. We are not making SOC 2 or formal compliance claims on this site. See the security page or contact us at support@flocksynthetics.com.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your waitlist submission or private-beta account artifacts at any time by emailing support@flocksynthetics.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer retention period is legally required. Residual copies in routine backups and in aggregated or derived product analytics may persist for a limited period after deletion and are removed on standard expiration schedules.

Changes

We may update this policy as Flock evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist members and private-beta customers.
