What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect only your email address. We do not collect passwords, payment information, or personal identifiers beyond what you voluntarily provide.

How Flock works with your data

Flock uses AI test agents to execute sessions against your publicly accessible URLs. No real customer data, session recordings, or PII from your actual end users is required for run processing.

• Run analysis is automated by agents, not human reviewers, unless you explicitly request support.
• Agents are stateless and do not retain run data outside generated artifacts.
• Live browser session state is discarded after processing.
• Generated artifacts (reports, screenshots, traces) are retained in your workspace so runs can be baselined, reviewed, and replayed.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Reports are accessible only to your account.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing site may use analytics and tag management tools to measure traffic and site usage to understand aggregate traffic patterns. No personal data is collected through analytics.

Security

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. We are actively working toward SOC 2 Type II compliance. If you have security questions, contact us at security@flocksynthetics.com.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your email from our waitlist at any time by emailing hello@flocksynthetics.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy as Flock evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist members.
