Acceptance

By accessing flocksynthetics.com or using Flock's services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Flock provides synthetic UX testing — AI-powered personas that navigate web applications to identify friction, usability issues, and accessibility problems. Flock generates reports with findings and suggested fixes.

Acceptable use

• You may only test URLs that you own or have explicit permission to test.
• You may not use Flock to perform denial-of-service attacks, scrape competitor data, or any other malicious activity.
• You are responsible for the URLs you submit and the content they serve.

Intellectual property

Your reports and data belong to you. Flock retains no ownership of the findings generated from your URLs. The Flock platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by Flock Synthetics.

Limitation of liability

Flock is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of synthetic user findings. Flock is not a substitute for real user testing, accessibility audits, or security assessments.

Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.
